DELIVERY

Yes, we deliver! Delivery prices are exclusive of product price and dependent on location. Unless otherwise stated, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot be held liable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, fire, riots, epidemics, failure of private or public telecommunications networks, service strikes, motor accidents, riots or vague directions to delivery location.

At checkout, you will be presented with two options

DHL EXPRESS - rate is automatically calculated once you input your location. 

Delivery time is 2 working days 

DISPATCH RIDER - a minimum of 15GHS will be charge and this fee will remain for local delivery in close proximity to the shop. Any other locations will be charged an extra fee. Rest assured, it will be reasonable. The shop will call ahead of the item being picked up to inform you of the exact amount to be charged. Additional payments can be collected upon delivery. 

Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the same day

REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY

At Girl Play, we believe in our products and are confident that you will love them too, and we back that with our return policies. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will give you a refund or replacement.
We will accept, for return or exchange, item(s) that are in pristine condition (i.e. hasn’t been worn except for trying on with stockings), unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, deliver your item(s) within 24 hours from receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 24 hours from receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all Girl Play tags and receipt attached and must be in original packaging such as dust bags. ( Stockings are to be kept by customer; purchase or not) 
*Only purchases made directly from Girl Play Store, our online store or via our social media platforms qualify for our Return and Exchange Policy. For all other purchases, kindly contact your authorized retailer for merchant guarantees.
